We started this company from a dream and soon made it a reality. In 2008, we were part of the housing bust. We didn’t know our options with the properties we owned and lost more than was necessary. Today, we’re dedicated to helping others understand what options are available. No one should have to go through hardship on their own. We are also passionate about adding value and love to houses, giving them a brand new look. So we finally took a leap of faith and started a company that helps owners sell their houses in a stress-free, timely manner.
We are not a big corporation or real estate syndication. We are just normal, everyday people trying to live out a dream and mission to help people along the way.
When we aren’t busy buying and renovating homes, we love spending quality time with our family. We love getting our hands dirty, but, supporting the ones we love is a major plus.

Meet Xuyen Laprise!
Chief Marketing Officer in Training
Xuyen was born in 2013 and is the sweetest little girl on the planet. Our little cheerleader enjoys playing with Legos, swimming, practicing gymnastics, and jumping on the trampoline with her brother.
She’s a very creative child, brimming with ideas all the time, and she’s passionate about sharing her artwork and creations on YouTube. We can’t wait to see her grow and become our little social media assistant one day.
Meet Kien Laprise!
Future Project Manager
Kien was born in 2015 and takes after his competitive and adventurous dad. He loves to wrestle with his dad, uncles, and friends, always keeping track of who’s the strongest. When Kien is not playing with Legos, toy trucks, or jumping on the trampoline with his sister, he’s riding his bike or hiking with the family.
Since birth, Kien has been very regimented and structured, leaving no room for shenanigans; except maybe his own from time to time. He would make a fine project manager for our business one day.
